On October 1, 2023, JR Tokai Kiosk and JR Tokai Passengers, both part of the JR Central Group, merged to enhance their distribution services, forming JR Tokai Retailing Plus Co., Ltd. (JR-PLUS). Our company undertook the development of the new company name, corporate logo, and visual identity (VI). We also produced promotional tools such as the company brochure, website, and internal newsletter. Additionally, we planned and implemented internal communication initiatives, including integration activities led by young employees and projects to instill the company's philosophy among staff.
